Weather-Chek^® Awning

Herculite Weather-Chek 62" Tan WC838 brings together acrylic-like visual texture and vinyl-stable durability for commercial awnings, architectural canopies, and other weatherproof shade applications. The fabric uses a flexible polymer construction with a soft hand, helping make handling, sewing, fitting to frames, and installation easier and less likely to cause damage. Its polyester-reinforced PVC structure provides dimensional stability and structural integrity while helping the finished fabric stay taut, stretch less, and hold its shape over time. Rain Kleen® protection helps preserve color intensity, extend fabric life, resist dirt buildup, and improve cleaning ease. Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
