This worm gear winding shaft eye is used to mount retractable awnings. It's typically used as a replacement part in older retractable awning models. Built to last, the worm gear winding shaft eyes are made from reinforced, plated, malleable iron. The eye easily attaches to the winding shaft with an M6 (metric) bolt. Use with 1/2-inch iron.
