Description

Coats Ultra Dee is a corded (twisted) thread made from a high-strength, resilient, and continuous filament polyester. It provides 20-33% higher continued strength than common lubricated threads. Ultra Dee is heat set to reduce shrinkage or stretch. The bonded finish adds extra strength, prevents the ply from untwisting, and reduces fraying at the needle eye. This means higher seam quality and less struggle over rethreading and mending broken thread. The high-tenacity sewing thread is built for heavy-duty fabrication and demanding applications.

Top uses include marine and outdoor applications, leather goods, luggage, furniture, seat trims, and footwear. Ultra Dee polyester thread is supplied in many attractive color options, including White. All are left twist (Z twist) threads.
