Description

Weather-Chek 62" Deep Red WC826 from Herculite is engineered for weatherproof shade applications that require the textured appearance of a woven textile and the durability of a vinyl-stable, commercial-grade thermoplastic fabric. Its polyester-reinforced PVC construction supports dimensional stability and structural integrity in architectural canopies and commercial awnings. Compared with woven materials, Weather-Chek can help reduce stretching, maintain a taut appearance, and improve long-term shape retention. The fabric’s flexible polymer construction and soft hand simplify handling, sewing, frame fitting, and installation without damage. Rain Kleen® protection supports color preservation, longer fabric life, dirt resistance, and easier cleaning, while digital printing compatibility allows for high-clarity colors and imaging. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
