Description

Herculite Weather-Chek 62" Black WC845 is a premium coated awning fabric designed to combine a textured, acrylic-like appearance with vinyl-stable durability. Its weatherproof, commercial-grade thermoplastic construction provides the performance needed for architectural canopies and commercial awnings while retaining the visual character of a woven textile. The flexible polymer material has a soft hand that supports easier handling, sewing, fitting, and installation without damage. Polyester-reinforced PVC adds dimensional stability and structural integrity, helping reduce stretching and maintain a taut, long-lasting shape. Rain Kleen® protection helps preserve color intensity, extend fabric life, resist dirt buildup, and simplify cleaning. The fabric also supports high-clarity graphics and digital printing. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
