Description

Weather-Chek 62" Ivory WC839 awning fabric from Herculite recreates the textured look of a woven textile using a durable, vinyl-stable commercial-grade thermoplastic construction. Its flexible polymer composition provides a soft hand for easier sewing, handling, frame fitting, and installation without damage. Polyester-reinforced PVC adds dimensional stability and structural integrity for commercial awnings and architectural canopies, helping maintain tension, minimize stretching, and support lasting shape retention. The Rain Kleen® protective finish helps the fabric resist dirt buildup, preserve color intensity, last longer, and clean more easily. Weather-Chek is also well suited for graphics and digital printing that call for high-clarity colors and imaging. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
