Description

Herculite Weather-Chek 62" Deep Sea Blue WC812 combines the textured look of woven fabric with the performance characteristics of a commercial-grade thermoplastic awning material. Its polyester-reinforced PVC construction provides dimensional stability and structural integrity, helping commercial awnings and architectural canopies stay taut, resist stretching, and retain their shape over time. Flexible polymer construction gives the fabric a soft hand that supports easier handling, sewing, fitting, and damage-resistant installation. The Rain Kleen® finish helps protect color intensity, extend fabric life, limit dirt buildup, and simplify cleaning. The fabric is also well suited for graphics and digital printing with high-clarity colors and imaging. Trivantage is a proud supplier and wholesaler of Herculite products.

Flame-resistant Weather-Chek fabric features excellent tear and tensile strength, a proprietary PVC formulation that resists scratching to help prevent installation-related damage, and is sold exclusively through Trivantage.

Product Note: Use care during installation, takedown, and transit. Frictional heat, especially at the folds, can damage the surface. Enough frictional heat can create holes. For best results, avoid excessive wind whip or flapping. Weather-Chek fabric accepts digital printing (UV solvent, eco-solvent, solvent, and latex) and can be sewn or welded (RF, hot air, wedge, or solvent).
